Green Tie Dye Cap Sleeve Dress

This scoop neck, mid-length dress comes to the knee on the sides and has in-seam pockets. This beautiful organic green is really great for summer.  It is cut on the bias and fits sizes 14 to 20. 100% rayon: cold water wash, dry on low. Made in Thailand.
