Return Policy

We, of course, hope that you are happy with your purchase from Zumi. However, we sent the wrong item, or it is damaged, we will refund the cost of the return. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receipt of the order. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags/labels attached. Please click on the link below. Select the item to be returned and follow the instructions. Please use the Contact Us form.

  1. Log in to your account:
  • In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  • In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  • Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  1. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  2. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  4. Click "Submit request".

You will receive an email with the status of your request. If it is approved, package the item(s) and send through US Post Office. Once your return has been received and inspection is approved, you will receive a refund by the method of original payment including your shipping cost if appropriate.
